You may have some questions about what we are all about and our website can give you the quick answers to questions such as; what types of counselling is provided? Is there a fee? And is there any restrictions?

Let us take a minute to answer those three important questions. We provide professional counselling services. Our walk- in clinics provides FREE quick access mental health counselling for individuals, couples and families. Time is the most valuable asset in life. We spend too much time waiting in our daily lives. It starts in our morning commute waiting for the traffic light to turn green, sitting in a drive thru line waiting for our morning coffee, being put on hold by your mobile phone company stuck waiting to resolve the issue. These are daily situations where waiting comes standard. However, when it comes to mental health and personal struggles in life you do not have time to wait. That is the purpose behind our walk-in counselling service. We understand how valuable your time is and we want to assist you and efficiently and effectively as we can. This FREE service is available at all 7 of our locations spread throughout Simcoe County. When it comes to restrictions… There isn’t any. We pride ourselves on being inclusive to everyone living or working in Simcoe County regardless of age, ability, cultural or religious background, race, sexual orientation or gender identity. This summer has been an exciting time for Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County. We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the opportunity to facilitate the PARS program for Simcoe County. This will begin in August and run out of Barrie. We are beyond excited to run this program. We anticipate a large intake for it and look forward to welcoming new staff to our current team.
