Age Interrupted: How to Become Anti-Ageist
Are you scared to death of aging… and death? Do you look in the mirror and the sight of your wrinkles creates more wrinkles? Have you ever complained that one (or more) of your body parts is getting old? Are you worried that when you retire, you will lose your value along with your income?
You are not alone, though you might be surprised to find out that these challenges do not stem from ageing but Ageism. With headlines screaming about the impending “Silver Tsunami” and messages suggesting COVID is “not that bad” because it primarily affects the elderly, this “oldest -ism” is becoming more apparent. The good news is that we can flip the script! The better news is that studies have shown those who have a positive view of ageing live, on average, 7.5 years longer.

Date & Time: November 25th, 11:00am (1 hour)
