Our #Ready2Talk Counselling Clinics provide free single-session counselling on an appointment basis. They offer quick access to support for individuals, couples and families.

Quick-access counselling for immediate mental health issues is an innovative and effective solution for Ontarians experiencing mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship conflicts. It has proven to divert emergency department mental health visits by tackling mental health issues before they escalate into a crisis. Additionally, a reduction in primary care usage is realized when Quick Access Mental Health counselling clinics are available and accessed.

Most lower-income families do not have access to comprehensive extended benefits that offer counselling, nor do they have the means to pay out of pocket for additional services.

CFSSC provides FREE In-Person/Virtual Counselling Clinics across Simcoe County and Muskoka providing all residents and employees of our region with accessible, comprehensive and professional counselling services.

PLEASE NOTE: Babies and children who are not part of individual and couples therapy sessions are not permitted in the session room and the agency does not provide childminding services.  Prior to attending, please contact our intake worker if you need assistance in attending at (705) 726-2503.
