CSF Counselling + Wellbeing offers free in-person and virtual Counselling Clinics as well as Individual, Couple and Family Counselling – but the first step is a clinic session.

Please note: Babies and children who are not part of individual, couples and family therapy sessions are not permitted in the session room and the agency does not provide childminding services. This pertains to virtual and in-person sessions. Please note: we do not provide childcare services at any of our facilities, not are children . This does not pertain to instances where the child is participating in the counselling services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to make appropriate arrangements for your child prior to arriving at our facility. Who Can Use This Service?

Our #Ready2Talk Counselling Clinics provide counselling services to individuals, couples, and families living or working in Simcoe Muskoka. We recognize the importance of the family context and strive to be inclusive of persons of all abilities, religions, cultures, sexual orientation and gender identity. The sessions at a clinic are free to all members of the community. Self-referrals without formal diagnoses are welcome are CFS Counselling Clinics. Appointments are now required for our clinics.

 

What to Expect

CFS #Ready2Talk Counselling Clinics offer confidential, single-session counselling services-served basis. Counselling sessions are approximately 1 hour in length. We recognize the unique needs and preferences of clients and work with them to develop a service plan based on consultation and best practice. Clients have the right to make decisions about the service options presented and refuse or discontinue service programs at any time. The focus of the session is determined by each client’s individual needs. Whether coping with a stressful situation, enquiring about services, or looking for an understanding and non-judgmental ear, our clinicians are trained to help clients address what is most important to them.
