Yes, although CFS is committed to delivering the same high-quality, professional services to all residents and employees regardless of their ability to pay. Our groups and workshops are valued at $25/hour. If this amount is a barrier to service, CFS does offer a sliding scale option at the time of booking.
Are CFS groups and workshops covered by OHIP, employment benefits or eligible for tax deductions.
Currently, CFS groups and workshops are not covered by OHIP, or most benefits plans. Nor are they eligible for tax deductions. However, you are encouraged to consult your benefit plan and tax preparer to better understand your individual eligibility.
Is pre-registration required?
Yes. Space for CFS groups and workshops is limited, so pre-registration is required. Please follow the prompts associated with the listing for your preferred group or workshop.
Do you offer any grief support groups?

Are CFS groups & workshops available in-person or virtually?
Currently, all CFS groups and workshops are delivered virtually. As this may change at any time, please check individual listings for details.
Do I need to keep my camera on for virtual programming?
Cameras may be left on or turned off for single-session workshops and workshop seriesm as you wish. Cameras must remain on during group sessions.
What is the difference between a single workshop, workshop series, and a group?
A single workshop is a stand-alone event providing an overview of a single topic. A workshop series comprises multiple sessions that focuses on different aspects of a topic.
