“ A person is a person, no matter how small” – Dr. Seuss

Thanks to United Way Simcoe Muskoka we are happy to announce that we opened one of the first all age’s walk-in counselling clinics in Simcoe County!

The community of Bradford now holds a walk-in clinic where any person, regardless of age, can access a free counselling session.

Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County has joined counselling forces with New Path to offer this incredible clinic that runs every Monday from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm at 118 Barrie St, Bradford, ON.

United Way has provided us with the opportunity to create a space where anyone can access support without asking: “Is the right walk-in for me?“. From parenting your child who may be having behavioral issues, to youth struggling with anxiety and depression, to couple’s struggling to communicate, to an elderly person feeling disconnected from their community – we have qualified clinicians who can assist.

This collaboration will provide community members with access to accredited agencies who offer evidence-based single session therapy. These agencies can help you learn strategies and skills to continue succeeding in your goals. The Bradford walk-in clinic can help you access different programs and groups that are offered by each agency as well as information on other relevant community resources. This walk-in clinic can also help you better navigate community services.

We would like to thank United Way for allowing us this chance to create this community project. We are excited to continue offering service to the Bradford Community.
