Wellness@Work – Corporate Wellness Programming

Corporate Wellness Programming

CFSSC’s Wellness@Work program helps employers provide their employees with the education, skills and strategies to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Escalating demands and pressures in the workplace often lead to heightened stress levels that negatively impact workplace culture. Excess and unmanaged stress have been proven to lower workplace morale and the capacity of employees to do their job effectively. Early intervention means mental health challenges are addressed before they develop into chronic or critical conditions.
